Aeration Equipment

The Grain Guard Rocket overcomes the uneven drying problems of conventional aeration systems by forcing air into the center of the bin. This produces a uniform drying front, increasing fan efficiency and reducing drying time.

The Rocket is available as a factory installed option on Wheatland and Grain Max hopper bins, and can also be installed as an after market add-on to any hopper bin.

Effective and affordable, the Twistaire System is available in a full circle configuration for 19' or 22' hopper bins, or a straight pipe configuration for 14' bin diameters. The perforated pipe placement in the hopper gives complete air circulation to the entire bin.

All Twister hopper bins come precut for easy Twistaire installation. The system can also be used in any hopper bin with 14', 19' or 22' diameters.

The Air Shuttle maximizes air flow by using perforated sheets, giving it more than twice the open area of competing systems.

The Air Shuttle is available for all Grain Max hopper bins.

Single or three duct systems are available in 15" size. Manufactured from 18 gauge dented louvered material, the systems are easily installed in any new or existing hoppered bin or cone.

17.5" and 23.5" diameter straight duct systems are available in 6' and 8' lengths. 2' and 4' extensions can be added to either system to achieve whatever length is required for full bin coverage.
