NashCar Trailers offers a one (1) year to the original purchaser covering materials and workmanship.
This warranty does not cover the following specified products used in the manufacturing of this trailer. These components or products may or may not have their own warranties ( for example): tires, wheels, axles, jacks, couplers, fiberglass components, windows, doors, awnings and electrical fixtures and/or components. The items warranted by our suppliers are not warranted by NashCar Trailer.
Excluded from this one-year warranty are windows, doors, electrical and plumbing parts, seals, plywood, aluminum components and fiberglass parts. These are warranted for one (1) year from the date of purchase for the original purchaser. Paint is not included in the warranty.
This warranty is void if the product has been misused in any way. This includes overloading, lack of preventive maintenance, or use for other than what this product is designed for. NashCar Trailers are designed to be towed by a tow vehicle with up to a (1) ton capacity. Exceeding this capacity of tow vehicle could cause stress failure to the frame of the trailer.
